PT Works Relocating Services
Thank you for the trust you have placed in Sheltering Arms to provide your physical rehabilitation care. While it has been a pleasure to offer services for you at our West End PT Works location, we want to inform you that, effective April 3, 2020, this location’s services and its team members are moving to our other convenient locations, including our nearby Reynolds Center location just off I-64 in Reynolds Crossing near The Westin Hotel and Plaza Azteca.

Sheltering Arms is committed to providing a seamless transition without interruption to your care. If you currently have an appointment scheduled at PT Works prior to April 30, please contact us to reschedule to one of our many nearby locations. If you do not have an appointment scheduled, we encourage you to call and discuss transitioning your care to one of our other outpatient centers.
