Membership Orientation Appointments:
- Emergency contact information
- Updated medication list
- Medical clearance (if provided by your doctor)
- Par-Q+ Form
PowerEx, Adaptive Exercise Training, S.A.F.E., and NeuroFit Appointments:
- Updated medication list
- Medical clearance (if provided by your doctor)
- Comfortable exercise clothes
- Close-toed shoes with a back and rubber soles such as tennis shoes
- Water bottle
Pool Member Visits:
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Aquatic shoes (recommended)
