Sheltering Arms Fitness Education
Sheltering Arms Fitness Education (S.A.F.E.) provides education on how to safely exercise to new members who are motivated and able to independently exercise.
Sheltering Arms Fitness Education (S.A.F.E.) offers an in-depth orientation consisting of three (3) 1-hour sessions that focus on the following categories:
- Strength
- Cardiovascular
- Flexibility
- Core
- Balance training
Participants will be shown five to eight exercises for each category incorporating body weight and fitness equipment. Participants will be able to utilize our gym and pool for seven (7) consecutive business days throughout the duration of the three scheduled sessions. S.A.F.E. is offered in our fitness centers and therapeutic pool.
