Pool & Fitness Membership
Membership Details
Our 24,000 sq. ft. medically based fitness center offers outstanding customer service, team members with advanced education and certifications, and cleanliness that sets our facility apart. Membership is available to community members and to those who are current or past therapy patients of Sheltering Arms Institute. Additionally, caregivers are not required to purchase a membership if they are solely on site to assist the member.
Membership Benefits:
- State-of-the-art fitness equipment spaced out to accommodate wheelchair and non-wheelchair users
- Adaptive fitness equipment and accessories
- Therapeutic pool equipped with a wheelchair-accessible ramp
- In-pool parallel bars
- Aquatic exercise equipment, including aqua dumbbells, ankle weights, pool noodles, water exercise discs, kickboards, and more
- Full-size locker rooms
- Monthly community education series
- Monthly subscription-based memberships with no long-term contracts
Location and Hours of Operation
Membership is available at our Bon Air location.
Hours of operation*
Pool Hours:
Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Note: Lap swimming only 7-7:30 a.m.
Fitness Center Hours:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 7am-9am, 12pm-1pm and 3pm to 5pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 7am to 5pm
