Medical/Vision Coverage:
A choice of comprehensive medical plans, including vision, is available to eligible team members.

Dental Coverage:
Team members enjoy a full range of dental services, including orthodontia through our dental plan.

Retirement Programs:
We offer a 403(b) voluntary retirement plan, similar to a 401(k), that encourages team members to save for retirement and take advantage of tax deferred savings. In addition, after meeting service requirements, team members are eligible for a generous company match on some or all contributions.

Life Insurance:
Life Insurance is provided and team members also have the option to purchase additional life insurance at a minimal cost.

Long Term Disability:
We provide Long Term Disability should a team member become completely disabled for longer than 90 days.

Flexible Spending Accounts:
Two pre-tax plans are available to pay for certain healthcare and dependent/childcare expenses.

Flex Leave:
Our generous Flex Leave program offers team members time away from work for vacations, short-term illness, and other absences.

Extended Sick Leave:
ESL is available when a team member is out of work due to an extended medical condition.

Fitness Center & Therapeutic Pool Memberships:
Discounted rates are offered for the Sheltering Arms fitness centers and pool along with negotiated rates at other local facilities.

On-Site Family Centers – Child Care:
On-site child care is available at discounted rates through a local provider offering extended service hours in most locations.
