Volunteers
The Sheltering Arms volunteer program assists in the fulfillment of our mission of providing rehabilitation services of the highest caliber with compassion and respect, enhancing the quality of life to those persons experiencing disabilities, and offering financial assistance to those in need. In 1889, Sheltering Arms was founded and staffed almost entirely by volunteers. It is the dedication of our past, present and future volunteers that will continue to enable Sheltering Arms to serve the community.
