I95 south to route 288N via Exit 62. Travel route 288 for 5.75 miles. Take the Ironbridge Road, Route 10 East exit. Travel on Ironbridge Road for 5 miles and turn right at the light at Walmart & Patient First onto S. Chalkley Rd. Take the first left at the sign for American Family Fitness. You will pass American Family and Goodwill on the right. Our office building will be in front of you and the suite is the last one on the right, Suite C.

From the South:
I95 north to Ironbridge Road, Route 10 West via exit 61B. Travel on Ironbridge Road for 4 miles and turn left at the light at Walmart & Patient First onto S. Chalkley Rd. Take the first left at the sign for American Family Fitness. You will pass American Family and Goodwill on the right. Our office building will be in front of you and the suite is the last one on the right, Suite C.

From the East:
I64 west to I95 South. Take the Chippenham, route 150 exit. Take the Ironbridge Road, Route 10 East exit. Travel on Ironbridge Road for 9 miles and turn right at the light at Walmart & Patient First onto S. Chalkley Rd. Take the first left at the sign for American Family Fitness.
